Adding a facial massage to your treatment relaxes the client and also helps to improve the skin condition by relaxing muscles and increasing the circulation and lymphatic drainage. The increased circulation brings oxygen and nutrients to the surface of the skin ‘feeding’ and improving it. The lymphatic drainage helps to remove waste products and toxins which reduce puffiness and dark circles around the eyes. The massage will also help to relieve sinus congestion.
Extraction is the process of clearing a clogged or compacted pore by manual or mechanical means. Extractions are often performed as part of a facial. Most people need at least a couple of extractions during each facial, though you may require more extractions if this is your first facial.
